Please read these terms before using Sofravo. Information about your personal data is in our Privacy Policy.
Scope
These terms apply to everyone who uses the Sofravo mobile app (Didem Güler, İzmir, Türkiye). By using the app or signing up you accept them. Your personal data is processed according to the Privacy Notice.
Membership
You must be over 18 to sign up. You must use a valid email address and never share your password. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
AI-Generated Content
Ingredient recognition from photos, dish suggestions, recipes, the weekly menu, expiry date reading and the calorie/protein figures are generated by AI. This content may be wrong or incomplete. Calorie and protein figures are estimates and are not medical or dietary advice.
Allergies and Food Safety
Checking allergens, ingredients and cooking is your responsibility. Labels such as "gluten-free" or "vegan" and suggestions based on your preferences are not guarantees; if you have an allergy or a specific health condition, check the recipe and product labels yourself. Expiry reminders do not replace the product label; look at the label and the condition of the product before eating it.
Usage Allowance (Spoons)
AI operations such as photos, suggestions, recipes and label reading are limited by a daily usage allowance (spoons). We may change the amount and scope of this allowance by announcing it in the app. Using automated tools to consume the allowance or trying to bypass the limits is prohibited.
Photos You Share
Only share food photos you took yourself. Photos must not contain people, faces, personal information, advertising or inappropriate content. By sharing a photo you grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to show it in the app under the relevant recipe; this licence ends when you delete the photo. We may hide or delete photos that break these rules or are reported.
Paid Features
Paid features or a subscription may be added to Sofravo later. Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play; the price and scope are shown before you buy. If you do not cancel before a free trial ends, the paid subscription starts and renews automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds follow App Store and Google Play rules. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
Prohibited Uses
Using the app for unlawful purposes, using someone else's account, overloading the system, scraping data with automated tools, copying the app or reverse engineering it are prohibited.
Closing Your Account
You can delete your account at any time in My Profile. If you breach these terms we may suspend or close your account.
Liability
We work to provide the app without interruption or error, but we cannot guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for choices made in reliance on AI content or for indirect damages. Your statutory consumer rights are reserved.
Intellectual Property
The Sofravo name, logo, design and software belong to us. You may save and share the recipes in the app for personal use.
Changes
We may update these terms. We announce important changes in the app; continuing to use it afterwards means you accept the new terms.
Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over consumer disputes. Questions: [email protected].
